 I hope you all got a chance to catch the fight on Showtime Elite XC, some very good fights if you missed it. Please check your Showtime guide it will be shown again all during this week. Their"s a lot of good MMA shows coming up in the next few weeks. Strikeforce & Pro Elite will have a show this Saturday 3/29/08, Cung Lee vs Frank Shamrock! UFC & Spike T.V. are going back to Denver for a show on Wednesday April 2nd, check out mmaweekly.com for the line up, you wont believe how good this line up is going to be, this should be a ppv show. | Well back home now from a very long trip to Ohio, and a very cold Ohio. If you didn"t get a chance to catch the UFC show do your self a favor and order it, you can still order it on ppv. Dan Henderson and Anderson Silva fight is worth the money.

| Hey my friends don"t forget this Saturday (3/01/08)will be UFC 82 from Columbus Ohio. Now this will be an out right War! Dan Henderson (Pride Champion)vs Anderson Silva (UFC Champion)this will probably be fight of the year. Please order this fight on ppv at 7 pm pacific time. You will hate your self if you miss this one. See you there.

| My daughter team won their championship game. Out of the 32 points the team scored she scored 18 points. Not so good for my son, they went down to defeat in their championship game. My son did well, he hit three 3 pointers but just to many mistakes and to many fouls. Now he and some of his team mates are getting ready for the allstar games, and so is my daughter and some of her team mates.

| My son and daughter both made the allstar team in basketball. They"ve both on the first round of play off games.

| Well I"m back home from Michigan, all I have to say is So Cal rocks. It"s to cold in Michigan, -4 degrees is to cold for this boy. But it was a great trip to Mt. Pleasant MI, the casino is one of the prettiest I"ve seen on an Indian reservation, and packed all the time, the fights were incredible, the fighters fought there hearts out, their were some really cool submissions also. | Going to Michigan Friday, I checked the weather out their it"s 13 degrees in the day time and -10 degrees at night. Well, I"m taking my not so long john"s, you know I"m from Southern California now so anything below 80 is cold. This fight will not be televised either, but I will inform you when the next t.v. fight will be. Cecil or Sensei

Its me again, Mr. Traveling man. Well I"m off to San Jose, CA for Scott Coker"s Strikeforce Show from the HP Pavillion arena. Now the great thing about this show is that you can watch it right from your home computer, yea, really. It will be shown on Yahoo! Sports. Now all you have to do is go to www.sports.yahoo.com then click on MMA at the top of the page, and that"s all it is to it. The show will start at 8 p.m. Pacific time.
Strikeforce will have its usual awesome fight card. This card will have Cong Le, Paul Buentello (UFC), Alistair Overeem (Pride), Bobby Southworth (UFC), Sam Morgan, Yuki Sasaki (Japan), Dennis Hallman(UFC), Trevor Prangley (UFC), and a host of others. Don"t miss this one you will hate yourself for it. Plus you get to see me referee. Check out the show please.

It"s me "Have Bags will travel" Cecil or Sensei. Just wanted to say hello from beautiful Guatemala City, Guatemala. Down here for a what should be an awesome MMA and Kickboxing show! Everything is a go now, so I"m looking forward to referring some good fights.
I did a show Wednesday night with Herb Dean that was filmed by the "Tap Out" show. I don"t know when it will be shown but as soon as I find out I will pass it on to you. For those of you that don"t know the Tap Out is shown on the "Versus Channel." Keep checking that channel. Well I have to go do some publicity shots and interview for the tv station here, and you know how shy I am when a camera is in front of me.
I"ll tell you guys a seceret, it"s hard being me I just make it look easy! :-) be well and I will see most you when I get back.

You can watch the show for FREE on your computer, just go to www.sports.yahoo.com at the top of the page click on mma/boxing a picture of Hugh Heffner and is lady will come up, just click on it sit back and enjoy the fights. I told you that you would hear from me again real soon. Well is this soon enough? Once again I"m about 35,000 feet somewhere over the Midwest, on my what to Jolly Old England, but first I have a lay over in Charlotte, NC.
I"m on my way to London for the UFC, which will be this Saturday night at 9 pm pacific time on "SPIKE TV", as you can see this one will be free. Imagine you get to see Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs Dan Henderson. Quinton is the UFC champion and Dan is Pride champion, this will be a war!

| Hello everyone from Denver Colorado! I"ve seen some beautiful things in my life that both mother nature and man have to offer, beautiful sunsets on the Pacific Ocean. When I was in the Navy, waves as big as buildings, fighter jets flying past my ship at incredible speeds, beautiful mountains, The Empire State Building, The Twin Towers, Big Ben, the changing of the guards in London, bears walking with their cubs, dolphins swimming at the bow of my ship, dolphins coming up out of the ocean and swimming backwards on their tails. There are so many more beautiful things I"ve seen in my 59 years of living. Now most of us have seen rainbows, but I"ve never in my life seen a double rainbow, one on top of the other one as beautiful as the other and the most amazing thing is the colors were reversed from each other, it was so clear, you could see the ends of both rainbows on the horizon, unfortunately I did not see the pot of gold at the end of each rainbows. The only thing more beautiful than that is my wife and kids beautiful faces.

V., check your cable for the time. 3) August 5th King Of The Cage has a show in San Jacento, CA at the Soboba Casino, 4) August 11th The World famous K-1 Kickboxing Championship will be hosting it"s show at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino, show starts at 5 p.m., 5) August 25th UFC 74 will be held at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, show will begin at 7 p.m. pacific time, this will be a PPV show.
